Consumer mediator
In accordance with articles L611-1 et seq. and R612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to try to settle amicably a dispute with PLEVOO. They must first have sent a written complaint to hello@ledomatic.com, and refer the matter to the mediator within one year of that complaint.

Environmental compliance / EPR (SYDEREP unique identifier)
Pursuant to articles L541-10 et seq. of the French Environmental Code and French law no. 2020-105 of 10 February 2020 on the fight against waste and the circular economy (AGEC law), PLEVOO, as a producer of electrical and electronic equipment, is a member of the approved eco-organisation Ecologic for the waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) sector.
Unique identifier (IDU) assigned by ADEME for the WEEE sector, recorded in the SYDEREP register: FR559717_05KKLM.
This identifier certifies that PLEVOO is registered with ADEME and complies with its recycling obligations under extended producer responsibility (EPR), in accordance with article L541-10-13 of the French Environmental Code.
This product must not be thrown away with household waste. At the end of its life, take it to a collection point for electrical equipment (recycling centre, in-store take-back point) or return it to us: when you buy new equipment, we take back your old equipment of the same type free of charge (“one for one” take-back).
